Royal Green remains the owner of the property and is responsible for the overall management of the village.
Our Monthly fees cover the costs of running the village and are used for the following amongst others:

  • Maintenance of common facilities
  • Maintenance and upkeep of all units (external maintenance)
  • Landscaping services
  • 24 Hour Security
  • Management and staff

Our aim at Royal Green is to make life as simple and stress-free as possible. Our levies and operating costs for communal facilities and services are payable monthly. Different levels of fees are available corresponding to various packages. We see to it that options and respective financial implications are clear, transparent and predictable to facilitate decision-making and allow reliable budget-planning.
